This policy explains what information NT Amusements collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• Venue enquiries: your business name, your name, phone number, email address, venue type, suburb or town, and any details you give us about your space and the machines you’re interested in.
• Event hire enquiries: your name, phone number, email address and details of your event, such as the date, times, type, location, setting, guest numbers, play mode and machines of interest.
• General enquiries: your name, email address, phone number (if given) and message.
• Fault reports: the venue, the machine, the problem and any details or photo you add. Your name, phone number and email address are optional — only give them if you’d like us to get back to you.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry or fault report — for example, to answer questions, prepare a quote or fix a machine.

How your information is handled

When you submit a form, your details are sent to us by email through a third-party email delivery provider. Our forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that confirms a real person is filling them in.

We don’t sell your information

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify individual visitors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
